Happy Phone 😃 Mindfulness Workshop

This workshop is limited to eight people providing space for interaction with myself and the other group members. Held in Southbourne, Bournemouth with free parking available.

About the Teacher – Darren Cockburn

My work on mindful device usage has helped thousands of people all over the world through interviews, training, talks, podcasts, radio, published books and articles in mainstream magazines including Kindred Sprit.

I’m passionate about helping people live in the present moment and cultivate a peaceful mind – through books, the media and training. I believe that mindfulness teachings work well when they’re practical, simple and clear.

The author of two acclaimed mindfulness books that are published and distributed by global publishers Findhorn Press & Inner Traditions. The books are endorsed and supported by internationally leading teachers including Esther Ekhart (founder of leading yoga training organisation) and Steve Taylor (ranked 20th most living spiritually influential person in the world by Watkins Mind Body Spirit).

Drawing upon over twenty years of mindfulness, meditation and coaching experience, I’ve enjoyed training and coaching people from organisations of all sizes including personal 121 sessions, British Wheel of Yoga teachers, Buddhist centres, hospital patients and staff, and employees working at all levels in corporate business.

I’m founder of the Mindfulness Online Training web site providing access to a range of free mindfulness digital resources and host a mindfulness podcast where I collaborate with some of the world’s best teachers.
